Rim Road Animal Hospital

Enjoy coming here

I have had cats for many years and never had a Veterinarian that I felt truly cared about the health and comfort of my cats. Dr. Miller does. The wonderful ladies that work the front and assist him do too. He is kind and patient with our cats, he is knowledgeable about current best practice guidelines and new medications. They have fit me in last minute. I have felt confident for the first time with Dr. Miller.

I have 16 indoor cats and Dr Miller has been taking care of them. My cat named WhiteFeet wasn't feeling well and after seeing him he gave her a couple of shots and some pain meds and she's doing really great now. The best Veterinarian I've had in a long time. The staff is really nice and professional too. I don't plan on ever changing Vets. I'll recommend Dr Miller and the "Rim Road Animal Hospital " to anyone that has a pet and needs to get a professional and reliable Vet.

My fur baby passed away. I contacted this location for cremation services early in the day. I was advised that we would be able to bring the fur baby in and to give them a call upon arrival. Once we arrived, I gave them a call. There was two women to answer the phone. This day one’s name is K/Cathy the other’s name I do not know. Once I receive the greeting “Rim Road Animal Hospital” I asked who I was speaking to …the voice on the other end of the phone said very sternly without passion “Who do you want to speak with” I in return asked “well, who am I speaking with?” I was then hung up on. I walked into the establishment to ask about the customer service and if they would be able to accommodate the cremation services for my fur baby with more decency. Kathy began to gaslight me as if she was the only one answer on the phone and I was making it up because my emotions were high and assured me that she was not the one that hung up on me. In-turn called the phone number to this establishment mid conversation. The phone rang and two women answered. Kathy and another. I eventually seen the woman walk from the back with a broom. Kathy then began to say “See I am the only one that answered the phone.” I said “Kathy, another woman answered that phone with you that is who was rude to me. Is this how you all run your business?” Kathy responded that I could go somewhere else and that’s exactly what I did. To be treated with such disrespect and lack of compassion during a time that you have lost something or someone that you love should not be acceptable. This business did nothing to rectify that therefore, I’m leaving a review.

The veterinarian and staff are compassion and detailed. So helpful.
